Welcome to INFINITY FITNESS, St. Louis’  premier boutique fitness studio! We are a friendly, energetic, and no-judgment boutique fitness studio located in University City, MO, on the borders of Clayton and Ladue. We are open to all ages, fitness levels and abilities. We focus on offering very small group fitness classes in pilates, yoga, barre, TRX and more. we are committed to providing our clients with the best high-intensity, lowimpact based workouts, combining resistance, endurance, flexibility, core strength, and cardio, ensuring positive results and happy clients. Our instructors undergo a lengthy and rigorous training that includes lessons of anatomy and hands-on adjustments. Our clients receive personalized attention, modifications and encouragement to get the most out of every workout.

REFORMER PILATES

Our reformer classes are designed for clients looking to lengthen, strengthen and tone, using controlled movements on our resistance-based Pilates reformer machines. We offer a variety of different reformer classes, including cardio, standing platform, and ABS + core,, but every class is designed to give you a full body workout. Our classes are designed to build core strength, increase flexibility, mobility, balance and coordination in a fun, safe and supportive environment. 

BARRE

Our barre classes are taught in a format designed to work your muscles to fatigue. We combine sculpting moves with cardio intervals to elevate your heart rate, build strength, and increase your metabolism. Our barre instructors are  bootybarre® certified and/or Barre Above certified in order to provide you with new, challenging workouts that change from week to week in order to keep your muscles guessing and you mind and body challenged. Barre classes provide an excellent combination of cardio, strength and flexibility to ensure a full body fat-burning workout in under an hour. 

YOGA

Are you looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating class and the end of a hard day or as a weekend wind down? If so, this is the perfect class for you. Our Yoga class is a slow flow class with Yin and relaxation. You are invited to be present with your breath, body, and mind on the mat. You are encouraged  to take care of yourself during your practice and make it joyful for yourself.

TRX

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. It is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, endurance, flexibility and core stability. It’s a true total-body workout, using easily-modifiable exercises, making a great workout for every fitness level.
