An effective, energetic, and fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. The bootybarre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast.
This class class fuses cardio intervals with sculpting exercises for a total body workout. Set to upbeat music, this innovative class utilizes the reformer to tone and sculpt the body and the jumpboard to add cardio to your workout. The jumpboard uses low-impact plyometrics to train coordination, increase endurance and burn calories – PLUS the spring resistance allows muscles to tone without bulk. Be prepared to sculpt, sweat and have FUN!
Reformer and Stretch
Give your body a little extra LOVE. Re-center and balance your body with our reformer-based stretch format, incorporating ‘feel good’ exercises and relaxed breathing. This class involves light movement and deep stretching to leave you feeling long, loose, relaxed and restored. A regular stretch routine will help reduce soreness and muscle fatigue, improve performance, decrease risk of injury, and increase blood flow to your muscles.
Full-body, Reformer-based Pilates. This class will strengthen and lengthen your entire body using our updated, contemporary reformers. Tone and stretch every muscle group – all in one session. Creative and experienced instructors means that you will never take the same class twice!
Reformer Pilates + ABS
This class takes the basics to a higher intensity by increasing the pace, sets, reps, combinations, and adding a variety of challenging moves. Expect additional abdominal exercises on the reformer or using other equipment (mat, weights, bands, etc.) This class is for members familiar with the reformer and is not recommended for those who need to modify exercises or have difficulty changing their equipment.
Reformer Pilates + Platform
This class will utilize the Reformer and the Standing Platform to develop core stabilization and balance, as well as building strength, flexibility and definition in the legs and booty. This class involves standing on the Reformer and is not recommended for beginner clients. Clients unsure of trying Platform in a group setting are strongly encouraged to set up a private session for an introduction to the Platform.
This is a Slow Flow class with Yin and relaxation. Rieko invites you to be present with your breath, body, and mind on the mat. She encourages you to take care of yourself during your practice and make it joyful for yourself!
Tower of Power
This class provides a full body workout and stretch using the wall towers. The wall tower allows adjustment of springs and resistance for your height, weight, and strength. It lets you target legs, arms, booty or any part of your body, while still using your core. It is a total body strengthening workout, without stress on your joints. The stretch on a wall tower is unbeatable!
TRX® and Stretch
This class combines an amazing full-body workout with functional stretching exercises. TRX® and Stretch focuses on developing core strength and balance, using the TRX® suspension training system. This is a full-body workout that utilizes your own body weight to enhance coordination, mobility, balance and strength, and makes daily movements more efficient and precise.
Please note: TENNIS SHOES ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS.
