Alyson Domoto
Owner, Head Instructor
Alyson grew up in St. Louis, MO and recently moved back to the area after retiring from a career as a flying trapeze artist in the circus! She discovered her love of teaching through a lifetime of learning and teaching various fitness activities, including pilates, flexibility, flying trapeze, aerial arts and springboard/platform diving. Alyson loves to continue her education in fitness and health, and currently holds certifications in many diverse areas, including but not limited to, pilates, barre and TRX. Because of her diverse athletic background, Alyson’s classes tend to be creative and very focused on individual client needs. Her background allows her to easily modify exercises to suit different abilities. Alyson has been a strong believer in the importance of health and fitness her entire life, and truly enjoys working with clients to help them develop strong, healthy bodies both inside and out.
Andrea Krussel
Lead Yoga Instructor
Andrea became a regular yoga practitioner in October 2013 after running her first marathon. In 2018, she completed a trauma-informed 200-hour teacher training via Yoga Buzz and is passionate about making yoga accessible to all bodies. Drawing from her background as an actor, academic, and educator, Andrea’s classes serve all levels, blend breath-to-movement, and integrate yoga philosophy and storytelling. A lifelong learner and traveler, Andrea’s teaching philosophy is influenced by her global experiences and personal journey through past health challenges. She cultivates classes that emphasize strength, play, resilience, and care.
Off the mat, Andrea is an education director at WashU Medicine and is (slowly) completing a PhD at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She enjoys spending time with her two teens and pets, live music and theatre, pilates, being outdoors, reading, and all things related to food and travel.
Elizabeth Belle
Pilates and TRX Instructor
Elizabeth is a mom of three, an aerial arts instructor, a musician, and a certified Pilates and TRX instructor. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the studio and enjoys working with clients to further their health and fitness goals.
